Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not 100 % satisfied, you may return any Mobile Throne product within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking page for a full refund or exchange (see Sections 3–4). This guarantee is in addition to any non-waivable rights you hold under state or federal law.


2. Order Processing & Fulfilment Time

  • Standard Processing Window: Due to high demand and the made-to-order nature of our 3-D-printed stands, orders may take up to 30 calendar days to pick, pack, and hand-off to the carrier.
  • Delivery Estimates: Transit times shown at checkout begin after the order leaves our warehouse in Shelton, WA.
  • FTC Compliance: Because we disclose this 30-day window at the point of sale, it meets the FTC’s Mail-Order Rule requirement that sellers either ship within the advertised time or, if none is given, within 30 days.

Shipping-Delay Notices

If we learn we cannot ship within 30 days, we’ll email you a revised ship-by date and your options:

  1. Accept the new date (no action required for a one-time delay of ≤30 days, or
  2. Cancel for an immediate 100 % refund.

Non-returnable items: custom-colored or bulk special-orders, gift cards, and items marked “Final Sale.”


4. How to Start a Return / Exchange

  1. Email contact@mobile-throne.com with your order ID, reason, and photos if damaged.
  2. We send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
    • Defective / wrong item: You receive a prepaid EasyShip label.
    • Change-of-mind: You pay return postage via a tracked service of your choice.
  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of RMA approval.
  4. Keep your tracking receipt until we confirm receipt.

5. Inspection & Refunds

Partial refunds (up to 10 %) may apply for missing parts or wear.


6. Exchanges

Request an exchange when you email for an RMA. We’ll either (a) ship the replacement after receiving your return, or (b) process an “advance replacement” (new charge now, refund of original charge when the first item arrives).


7. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Cancel any time until the order status changes to “Label Created.”
  • After Shipment: Follow the normal return process.
  • Delayed Fulfilment: If we cannot ship within the disclosed 30-day window and you don’t consent to the delay, we must—and will—refund you promptly.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Re-check your card statement (look for a reversal).
  2. Contact your card issuer with the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) we can provide.
  3. Email contact@mobile-throne.com if the bank has no record after 10 business days.

9. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law, including remedies under Washington’s consumer-protection statutes and the FTC Mail-Order Rule.
